The purpose of the Site is to provide information concerning all of the Company’s activities.

The Company endeavours to provide information on the Site that is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, the information provided on the Site is given for information purposes only, it is not exhaustive and is subject to change.

USE OF THE SITE

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these general conditions of use. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the Site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The Site is hosted by OVH, 2 rue Kellermann – 59053 ROUBAIX – France (the Host). The Site uses XHTML/CSS, PHP AND JAVASCRIPT technology.

The objective is to provide a service that ensures the best rate of accessibility. The Host ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible time, in particular for maintenance purposes, to improve its infrastructures, or in case of failure of its infrastructures or if abnormal traffic is identified.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Company endeavours to provide quality and verified information, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or shortcomings in the updating, whether they are of its own making or of the making of third party partners who provide it with this information.

The Company cannot be held responsible in the event of a failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in operation, preventing access to the Site or to one of its functions. The connection equipment used is under the responsibility of the users of the Site, who must take all appropriate measures to protect their equipment and data.

The compulsory nature of the personal data requested is indicated by the Company by means of an asterisk on the Data collection forms. Without this personal data, the Company will not be able to respond to the user’s request.

The data is intended for use by the Company and the Company’s internal employees involved in the management of the Site. It will also be communicated to the technical service providers in charge of the hosting, maintenance and support of the Site.
