29 Nov 2022Blue Pearl Energy is now integrating the Brittany-based climate engineering specialist BST, into its network of SMEs specializing in B2B energy services. Thanks to this 13th acquisition, the platform continues its rapid growth and strengthen its presence in the West of France at a time when the French RE 2020 regulations become mandatory for new buildings.
Founded in Brittany in 1972, BST employs 160 people specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of plumbing, heating and ventilation equipment for new and existing collective housing buildings. By joining Blue Pearl Energy, this SME with a turnover of €15 million reinforces the expertise of Blue Pearl Energy in this key sector of the energy transition.
With 50 years of experience, BST has acquired tremendous expertise in energy efficiency projects and can develop and implement tailor-made energy solutions for customers. With the support of Blue Pearl Energy, BST will now also be able to offer global solutions including equipment financing for both new projects and building renovations.

This is particularly relevant for renovation projects, which are required to significantly improve energy efficiency. BST’s customer portfolio in the collective housing sector is an important addition to Blue Pearl’s existing customer base in this market segment, where it is already active through its SMEs Alpes Energie, Saniquatair, ECCI-DURBIANO. BST has a deep pool of expertise in the design and installation of sanitary and thermal equipment for local authorities as well as other public and private customers.
